Rick Tinsley

President and Chief Executive Officer
Co-founded Turnstone Systems in 1998 and served as President and CEO for six years managing the company through a highly successful IPO. Prior to Turnstone, Mr. Tinsley was a Vice President and General Manager at Newbridge Networks.

David Hughes

Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Founded Silver Peak Systems in 2004 and previously held senior architect positions with Cisco Systems, Stratacom, Blueleaf, and Nortel. Dr. Hughes has a PhD in packet network optimization.

Andy Rachleff

Benchmark Capital
Andy has been at Benchmark Capital for 10 years, evaluating new investments and providing guidance to portfolio companies. Andy also serves as a lecturer in entrepreneurship at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and serves as a member of the board of trustees of the University of Pennsylvania and as an overseer for its School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Roger Evans

Greylock Partners
Roger joined Greylock in 1989. His areas of focus include communications hardware, software, systems and services. Roger came to Greylock after a successful career as the CEO of Micom Systems, a Greylock sponsored company he and a partner started in 1976.

John Caddedu

Duff Ackerman & Goodrich LLC.
Prior to joining DAG in 1999, John was a Managing Director at Amsterdam Pacific, an investment bank specializing in media and telecommunications. While at Amsterdam Pacific Corporation, John worked with BBU Mezzanine Fund I and BBU Mezzanine Fund II, where he sourced, supported and exited mezzanine investments across a number of industries. Previously, John worked at Octel Communications (now Lucent Technologies) and Tandem Computers (now H-P) in Marketing and Strategic Planning roles. He also worked at JP Morgan in both capital markets and corporate finance.

Robert J. Finocchio, Jr.

Robert is a corporate director, private investor, part-time professor, and consultant.  Since September 2000, Mr. Finocchio has been a dean’s executive professor at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business. He currently is a director at Altera, Echelon, Intransa, and CaseCentral Corporation. He previously served as Chairman of the Board and served as President and CEO of Informix Corporation, and held various positions at 3Com Corporation, most recently serving as President.
