Silver Peak and EMC have a Cooperative Support Agreement (CSA) in place to ensure timely and efficient case resolution for joint customers.  This includes the following capabilities: Information is exchanged between EMC and Silver Peak about respective products on a continuing basis to ensure interoperability 24 x 7 x 365 technical support is always available between EMC and Silver Peak Detailed procedures exist to ensure EMC and Silver Peak cooperate and work together for the benefit of each other and the joint customer to resolve any open cases
