Account Support

Training and Certification

Comprehensive, hands-on training courses are available to equip Silver Peak partners with up-to-date technical, service, and sales information.  Certification classes include:

  • Silver Peak Expert - Technical training on the design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management of Silver Peak's NX Appliances and Global Management System (GMS)
  • Silver Peak Sales Specialist -  Sales training that includes a technology overview, Silver Peak product details, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Silver Peak Sales Expert  - A deeper dive for sales people interested in learning more about WAN acceleration technology, network design, and how to configure specific elements of the Silver Peak solution, including Quality of Service (QoS) policies.
