interface label

Description

Use the interface label command to configure a label for the interface.

Use the no form of this command to remove the label from this interface.

Syntax

interface <interface name> label <label string>

no interface <interface name> label <label string>

Arguments

<interface name>	Specifies the name of this interface.
label <label string>	Specifies the label given to the interface. For example, internet or voice.

Defaults

None.
