Restart, Reboot, or Shutdown

The GMS provides these three actions as a convenience, in the GMS Administration menu.

n	Restart Appliance quickly restarts the GMS software.

n	Reboot GMS Server is a more thorough restart, accomplished by rebooting the GMS server.

n	Shutdown Server results in the server being unreachable. You will have to manually power on the server to restart.
